After class, stick around for an optional social after party! Sip on herbal teas, enjoy healthy treats, and mingle with fellow yogis. Our yoga session is suitable for all levels & beginners, please bring our own mat but jus message if you need a spare :) Whether you come for the movement, the mindfulness, or the connections, this is your midweek reset.
